I've been talking to a few colleagues and surfing a couple of the others' blogs. Seems like the consensus is that we all have a blatant dislike for the work culture of our organisation.. Same kind of superiors who treat us like we do not have any brains of our own... Doubt the quality of our work yet piling us with things they do not wish to handle.... Dealing with unnecessary politics that arises from unnecessary gossips.. Issit so hard to just zip it and concentrate on the work? Feel so unjustified that my commitment to my work is nothing compared to the wagging tongues of the troublemakers and apparently, acting dumb is the way to 'climb the corporate ladder' here.. If there IS a ladder to speak of.. WHY OH WHY am I always landing myself in such situations????????

Feeling downright rotten now....
